What does the activity include?
Beneath the glass roof and in air-conditioned comfort, you will receive a warm welcome before taking your seats for the set three course menu followed by tea or coffee. Afterwards just sit back and relax to the sounds of the live jazz entertainment.

Kindly note that only the Symphony has a glass roof.

Where does the experience take place?
Embarkation is at the London Embankment Pier.

What should I wear?
Dress code is smart casual, jeans and trainers are not permitted onboard.
Gentlemen are encouraged to wear collar and tie.
Admission can be refused if you do not adhere to the above dress code.

How long should I allow for this experience?
Boarding is at 12.00hrs for a prompt 12.30hrs departure.
Return back to Embankment Pier at 15.00hrs.

When does the activity take place?
The cruise runs on selected Sundays throughout the year subject to availability.
Kindly note that this voucher cannot be used on special occasion dates (e.g. Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, New Years Day etc).

Are there any restrictions?
Minimum age 5 years. A child menu is available for passengers 11 years and under, please ask us for further details.
Drinks are not included but can be purchased seperately onboard.
Smoking is not permittted during the cruise, with the exception of the outside deck.
Prams, bassinets or pushchairs are not permitted onboard and high chairs are not available.

What about the weather?
In the unlikely event that a lunch cruise is cancelled, an alternative date will be offered to you.

Can I bring spectators?
Sorry, all guests must hold a valid voucher for the cruise.

What else do I need to know?
Personal Accident & Cancellation Insurance is included.
Vegetarian menu options are available, however this must be requested when you book a date for your experience.
Disabled access is available, however please advise us upon booking if you require this facility.
